■Glass bead method

_The sample is melted and vitrified at 1000 ℃ to 1250 ℃ in a platinum crucible with a flux and release agent such as lithium tetraborate (Li2B4O7).
■Differences between the press molding method and the glass bead method
_The press molding method is less accurate than the glass bead method, but it provides universal data. The glass bead method provides more accurate data, but is not suitable for highly volatile components due to heat treatment at high temperatures.
